In our catalog you will find helical cutters of the DX (positive) pulling helix type where the chips are expelled from the notch, facilitating milling as they do not hinder the advancement of the tool.

This type of configuration of the cutter produces a clean and very clean cut.


HELICAL CUTTER WITH  PUSHING PROPELLER (left - negative) Z1S, Z2S, Z3S
The left-handed helical cutters are also part of our catalogue. This type of tool produces a cut that "pulls" towards the outside of the milling and the chips are not expelled, but remain in the milling groove, pushed out by the movement of the cutter itself.


With a tool with negative cutting edges (thrust) the milling speed is slower (compared to that of right-handed cutters with positive cutting edges) and the result of the groove is also not as clear.

BENDING OF COMPOSITE ALUMINUM
This type of cutter is specific for GROOVING (groove, groove) on composite material at 90 degrees and is used to produce, in fact, a groove that allows the composite aluminum to be bent at 90°.
