ECOLUBRI SW is a solution specifically designed for cutting and milling applications of aluminum profiles. Unlike oil-based evaporable products, ECOLUBRI SW has a much better cooling power which allows excellent results to be obtained even for long and demanding machining operations while maintaining the edge of the blades and avoiding overheating of the material.

The quality of the cut is excellent as by immediately cooling the chip, it allows for rapid evacuation, reducing the possibility of the formation of burrs or build-ups.

ECOLUBRI SWdries leaving a light residue that is soft and easy to remove but which, even if left in contact, does not attack the material. The wet shavings are easily removable and the machinery is protected from corrosion.

ECOLUBRI SW can be used not only on anodized aluminium, but also on painted material on which it does not cause any streaking, discoloration or paint stripping, but also for cutting PVC, iron, brass.

ECOLUBRI SW unlike common ready-to-use emulsions or evaporables, it is safe for operators because it is not flammable, does not contain bactericides, does not require risk classification making the fog created in the nebulization area absolutely risk-free.

Last fundamental characteristic is the complete absence of odor, an indication of the effort made to choose the best quality raw materials.

How to use:
ECOLUBRI SW is used pure or slightly diluted, applying it by spraying it on the area to be cut or milled.
